Less'n Lice provides mobile lice-removal services, anonymous community reporting, school tools, parent resources, and a lice-technician directory. This page explains the information used to provide those services.

Information you provide

Depending on the service you use, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, account type, organization or school information, general location, and the information you submit through a contact or service-request form.

Anonymous activity reports

Community reports may include a state, county, ZIP code, city, school name, report source, date, and optional notes. The reporting form does not ask for a student's or family's name. Please do not include names or identifying medical details in report notes.

Accounts and school access

We use account information to provide the correct parent, school, district, provider, or administrator experience. A parent using a school access code may be connected to that school's subscription so the site can provide included access.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout service and are not stored by Less'n Lice. We retain basic payment records such as the account, selected plan, amount, status, and Stripe checkout reference.

Service providers and required disclosures

We may use service providers for website hosting, authentication, analytics, email, file storage, and payment processing. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably required by law, to protect users, or to protect the security and operation of the service.

Children's privacy

Accounts and service requests are intended for parents, guardians, authorized school representatives, and adult service providers. Less'n Lice does not ask children to create accounts or submit identifying information.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information by contacting Less'n Lice. Some records may need to be retained for security, payment, legal, or operational purposes.
